| "What is the minimum I can bid for something?" | The minimum bid is $15.00, but you are advised to consider bidding higher for rarer and hard-to-find promotional items. In most cases, $15.00 - $25.00 will get the item you want. |
| "How long have you been in business?" | We have been serving record collector's and album 'junkies' for over 27 years now. This is our ninth year on the web. |
| "Don't you have a Search Engine to help me find stuff on your site?" | Sure...It's that blue line on the main
screen..not too accurate unless you a quite specific, though. It just gives you the category
to search through..then use the find in the edit at the
top of your screen. Ask us if you don't have any luck, please. |
| "If I want something that I don't see anywhere, should I assume you don't have it?" | No... Always ask us if there's anything special you're after. We continually restock and it's possible we already have it but not listed on the site. |
| "What does 'same' mean next to an album?" | It means the album title and the name of the band are the same... Check our Guide to Abbreviations for a full listing of what all the codes mean. |
| "What methods of payment are open to me?" | We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover via PayPal ...Checks, Money Orders & International Money Orders are fine, too. Sending cash is not recommended. |
| "Do you ship overseas?" | Yes! We ship anywhere in the world. In fact since we've been in business, there's hardly a country left that we haven't shipped to. |
